Sharen Swarz Neuhardt is a partner in the law firm of Thompson Hines. She is the firm’s head of corporate transactions and securities practice group. In the late 80’s, she was the Vice President and General Counsel of Mead Data Central. Neuhardt served on the Board of Planned Parenthood of the Miami Valley from 1995 to 2002. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Political Science and then graduated from Georgetown University Law Center.
